Our Work Hours From December 28

We’ll have fewer support hours in the last week of 2020. ⏰

2020 has been a long and hectic year for us, packed with feature launches, upgrades and constant interactions with our growing community.

To help us give you our best in 2021, we’re taking some time to refresh before the new year and our support hours will be fewer than usual during the last week of this year. 😌

These are our support hours from Monday, December 28 to Sunday, January 3:

Monday, December 28 to Thursday, December 31 — 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday, January 1 to Sunday, January 3 — 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

During these hours, all our channels (the app, email and Twitter) will be open.
