We have a couple of updates for you that you may have missed last week.
Double The Limit
We’ve doubled the withdrawal limit on Bundle.
This means that if you’ve completed KYC Level 2, your withdrawal limit has increased from 5,000 BUSD to 10,000 BUSD! 🚀
If you’re not on KYC Level 2, please follow the directions here to step up now.
Like it has been for most people, the past 12 months have been a mix of emotions for us but we’re very thankful that we’re ending it on a high note at Bundle.
As we look forward to a much more pleasant year than 2020, let’s rewind together to the finest moments of December.🥂
Back To Basics
2020 has been a long and hectic year for us, packed with feature launches, upgrades and constant interactions with our growing community.
To help us give you our best in 2021, we’re taking some time to refresh before the new year and our support hours will be fewer than usual during the last week of this year. 😌
These are our support hours from Monday, December 28 to Sunday, January 3:
Monday, December 28 to Thursday, December 31 — 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday, January 1 to Sunday, January 3 — 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
During these hours, all our channels (the app, email and Twitter) will be open. …
Don’t call us Santa 🎅🏾, but we’re closing the year in style by giving you some of the most-requested features on our community wishlist. After all, it’s the season for giving. 🎄🎁
Let’s unwrap the latest Bundle gifts together. 👏🏾 👏🏾
A Gift For Trading 🪙
Even if you’re a full-time crypto trader, it must be exhausting (if not impossible) to keep your eye on a screen round the clock just to know when a cryptocurrency is at the right price for you to make a trade. 😓
We added Price Alerts to your Bundle so you never have to go through that stress. …
Quick question, have you ever wondered what we’re really up to at Bundle?
We’ll make it easy:
We’re driving the adoption of cryptocurrency in Africa as part of a larger mission to make economic freedom and prosperity a reality for all Africans no matter where they live. 🌍
That doesn’t sound like just helping people buy and sell cryptocurrencies, right? 🤔
Bundle is more than trading, and November brought an exciting non-trading feature to the app (among other noteworthy achievements).
Let’s revisit all the best moments of our month together!
From today, November 17, 2020, Bundle is open for business in Ghana! 🚀🇬🇭
Our goal at Bundle has always been to drive the adoption of cryptocurrency in Africa as part of a larger mission to make economic freedom and prosperity a reality for all Africans no matter where they live.
Launching in Ghana is another step in our plan to expand to several African countries before the end of 2020, giving more Africans the option to trade and store cryptocurrency including BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ether), BNB, BUSD (Binance US Dollars), TRX (TRON), LTC (Litecoin), LINK (Chainlink), WRX (WazirX) and BCH (Bitcoin Cash) safely and conveniently. …
Hey, Bundler! 👋🏾
What’s there not to love about BUSD?
It’s a stablecoin pegged to the value of the US dollar (1 BUSD equals $1) yet it’s as versatile as any other crypto.
That’s already the best of both worlds but we’re about to sweeten the deal for you.
Today, we introduce Bundle Vault, our crypto savings feature for growing your BUSD! 🌱
Instead of just storing your BUSD in your Bundle wallet, you can now move it to a Bundle Vault where it’ll earn interest for you over time. 💰
There are currently two kinds of Vault on Bundle: the BUSD Flexible Vault and the BUSD Fixed Vault. …
The Bundle Community Fund is our latest initiative to teach more Africans how cryptocurrency works, how it can empower them financially and how to use Bundle.
Through the Community Fund, we’ll pay five people who facilitate a class and score at least 85% in their class assessment 100 BUSD each from now till December 10th.
We’ll score classes based on:
This isn’t about how complex the class is. A facilitator must break down concepts in the most understandable ways to get a good score.
This is measured by how much enthusiasm or interest a facilitator is able to get from their students. …
As a team, looking back on October is the hardest thing we’ve done in a while.
What began as a month brimming with potential turned out to be an unforgettable one for all the wrong reasons.
Not only are there several Nigerians on the Bundle team, but Nigeria is also where Bundle was born, so to watch the peaceful #EndSARS protests against police brutality devolve into violence, destruction of property and the loss of lives saddened all of us deeply.
Our hearts go out to the families of those who were killed while taking a stand against the unlawful treatment of Nigerians. …
The Bundle AMA (Ask Me Anything) series continued with a forward-looking conversation with Yele Bademosi, our founder and CEO, on October 17.
Yele’s session was as insightful as it was down-to-earth, covering subjects including his personal journey as an entrepreneur, Bundle’s upcoming native token and the rising status of DeFi.
Keep reading for highlights from the AMA hosted by Joshua, a Bundle Alpha.
Joshua: Before we dive in, can you tell us a bit about yourself and some interesting facts about you?
Hi everyone, I’m Yele Bademosi, CEO and founder of Bundle.
I’ll share some personal information about me, I have four sisters so I’m the only guy in my family. Something else you might not know about me is that I’m quite tall - 6 feet 6 inches. …
